Ingredients
Yellow Dough
- 3.5 Tbsp Butter (around 1/2 stick)
- 1.8 Tbsp Sugar
- 5.3 Tbsp Flour
- 1-2 tsp Egg Batter
Brown Dough
- 3.5 Tbsp Butter (around 1/2 stick)
- 1.8 Tbsp Sugar
- 5.3 Tbsp Flour
- 1-2 tsp Egg Batter
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
Preparation
- Make the Yellow Dough
- Soften the Butter at room temperature. Add Sugar in and mix well with butter (feel free to add a bit more sugar if not sweet enough)/
- Sift the Flour and combine it with the mixture. Add a reasonable amount of Egg Batter if the dough is too try (conversely, add less/no egg, or add flour if too wet).
- Mix well and roll the dough into a ball. Cling wrap it and store in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- Make the Brown Dough
- Same as above, but with an additional step: after sifting in the flour, add in cocoa powder and mix well. If needed, follow with egg batter like you did with the yellow dough.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 302 F (150 C).
- Place a piece of parchment paper in a baking tray. Take the two balls of dough out of the fridge, and make whatever shapes you like with them on the parchment paper.

- Bake for 20 minutes.
